Rachael Savage joins Eldridge Crandell as an Associate Attorney in the firm’s immigration practice, focusing primarily on post-order immigration matters, including appeals and motions to reopen and reconsider, as well as criminal post-conviction and coram nobis cases. Rachael brings to Eldridge Crandell her unique experience within the United States Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where she worked as an Attorney Advisor in the Immigration Courts in Aurora, Colorado and Baltimore, Maryland.

Rachael is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She attended Clemson University, where she double majored in Spanish Language and Women’s Leadership, and graduated cum laude in 2017. After graduating, Rachael developed policy for a national trade association in Washington, DC, for several years before attending the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. At Maryland Law, she worked as a Student Attorney in the Immigration Clinic and as a Research Assistant to Dr. David Gray. She graduated magna cum laude in 2022 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Maryland the same year.
